Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what is and isn't allowed when you use bla5k.com ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these rules, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

What bla5k is for

bla5k is a free directory of tools, websites, and communities, plus informational guides. It exists to help people discover genuinely useful products and services. Please use it for that purpose.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Site to:

  • Violate the law — including copyright, trademark, privacy, export-control, or anti-spam laws.
  • Distribute or link to infringing content — pirated software, movies, music, books, or serial keys. We only list licensed, official sources.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others — including hate speech, doxxing, or targeted harassment of any person or group.
  • Post or solicit prohibited content — gambling schemes, controlled substances, weapons, adult content, or anything illegal.
  • Make false or deceptive claims — impersonate people or brands, or submit fake listings or reviews.
  • Scrape or overload the Site — automated scraping at a volume that harms the Site's operation, denial-of-service attacks, or attempts to disrupt or bypass security.
  • Inject malicious code — scripts, malware, or any content designed to harm visitors or the Site.
  • Use the Site for spam — bulk messaging, link farms, or search-engine manipulation.

Content and submissions

The Site does not currently accept user-generated submissions directly. If we add community features in the future, the rules above will apply to all submitted content. We reserve the right to remove or decline any listing or content that violates this policy, our quality standards, or the law — without notice.

Advertisers and partners

Paid placements and sponsored listings must also comply with this policy. We review every placement before it goes live and may decline or remove any ad that is misleading, infringing, or unsuitable, in line with our Disclosure.

Reporting violations

If you believe something on bla5k violates this policy, please tell us via the Contact page. For copyright issues specifically, use our DMCA & Copyright Policy procedure.

Consequences of violations

We may take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, declining listings, blocking access, or reporting serious violations to law enforcement. We are not obligated to warn you before taking action.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
