Our copyright policy

bla5k is a directory of links and information about third-party tools, websites, and services. We do not host user-uploaded media, and we do not host or store copyrighted files — including movies, music, software, or ebooks. Our listings link to official, licensed sources only, and we do not add sites that distribute pirated or copyright-infringing content.

If a listing includes a description, screenshot, logo, or excerpt, it is provided for informational purposes only, typically under fair use (criticism, commentary, and identification of the listed product or service). If you believe any content on this Site infringes your copyright, you may file a notice as described below, and we will act promptly.

Filing a DMCA takedown notice

To report content you believe infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes all of the following information:

  • Your identification — your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work — the work you claim is infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  • Identification of the infringing material — the specific URL(s) or location(s) on bla5k where the material appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.

Counter-notification

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, bla5k will terminate the accounts or listings of repeat infringers, consistent with the DMCA and our own quality standards.
